They are especially short on electrical apprentices - so it's a great time to get into the beer making industry. We chat to Chris Flood, Engineering Manager, about what's involved in the job. We meet Electrical Technicians, Daniel Van Der Molen and Andrew Stuart, who share what they enjoy about the industry. Simon Barrett, Matinence Team Leader shares the opportunities in the company.
