Brisbane Careers Expo joins with Worldskills National Competition

This Year's National Careers & Employment Expo (NCEE) in Brisbane is being held in conjunction with the WorldSkills National Competition. The combined event is expected to attract in excess of 80,000 people over three days, 7-9 May at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

NCEE is Australia's largest and most popular career event and the Brisbane expo is always a hugh hit with students and those currently employed. It provides opportunities to engage with leading employers such as Defence Force Recruitment, Qantas and Aldi; key government organisations including Queenslad Government, Brisbane City Council and Queensland Health; and educators including Queensland's premier universities.

The WorldSkills National Competition is a biennial event where more than 500 competitors from across the country vie for 50 titles and the opportunity to represent Australia at the 2011 international competiton in London. Worldskills will also present their Try'a Trade program of 30 interactive skills and trades.
